Construction of Phase 1 and 2 is complete. The gravel base is in place for all roads. Asphalt was applied in August, 2002. All properties have natural gas, electricity, telephone, and cable TV access. The sanitary design for Phase 1 lots (1-18) require an on-site mound system installed by the owner, while Phase 2 includes a community mound system serving lots 19-41. These photos were taken in the fall of 2001 and the summer of 2002, showing progress of road construction in the subdivision.
