Miller's Woods is a new subdivision located on the Southern shore of Beaver Dam Lake, near the city of Beaver Dam in Dodge County, WI. It is the intention of Miller's Woods Development Co. to integrate residential lakeshore lots, convenient lake access, and shared facilities to the maximum benefit of all property owners.

In order to guide the development of Miller's Woods, a Property Owners Association (POA) has been established. The POA has created a set of standards for the development of properties in Miller's Woods. The reasons for creating these Covenants and Restrictions are to promote the quality of life, protect the environment, and preserve the natural beauty of the Miller's Woods area. The principal issues addressed in the Covenants include dwelling size, materials of construction, siting of homes and outbuildings, and maintenence.
